FAQ:

1. Is there any discount?
Yes, we offer discount according to order's quantity and good payment term.
 
2. What is your payment term?
At beginning, we need 30% TT advance and TT or DP balance payment against BL copy. And after some orders, we will offer different credit in 1-3 months after shipment for different customer.
 
3. Do you accept RMB payment?
Yes, we accept RMB payment according BOC exchange rate everyday. (BOC is bank of China)
 
4. What is your port of loading?
Our port of loading is Ningbo China. 
 
5. What is minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 2000pcs for LED lights 3w-12w, 1000pcs for LED lights 12w-30w, 500pcs for LED lights 30w-70w, 300pcs for LED lights more than 70w. 
 
6. What is the common delivery time?
Commonly we need 20-30days for LCL, 20' or 40' container order. We need almost same time (about 2 weeks) to prepare material for small quantity or big quatity order.
 
7. What is your common packing for products?
We commonly pack one LED light in one color box, then pack color boxes in outer carton.  
 
8. Do you accept SKD order?
Yes, we have rich experience for SKD order. Many of our SKD products are soldering-free and it is your better choice. At the other side, we offer free small tools and SKD production instruction menu or video etc. 
 
9. Do you have any certificates?
Yes, we have CE/RoHS certificate.
 
10. Do you provide samples?
We provide free samples with small quantity. You just need to offer air courier account for freight collect or pay air courier fee to our account. 
 
11. Do you have warranty for products?
Yes, we offer one year warranty for our LED products. And we will offer two years warranty if necessary.
 
12. What is your replacement policy?
We offer free replacement more than 5% dead LED lights in warranty time. We will send those replacements together with new order.
